Job Context: NiHealth Ltd. is seeking for a full-time Psychologist to take care of the Clinical Interventions of the organisation to meet the clinical requirements. Salary: Negotiable Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the Organisational Policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct training on a regular basis; may need to travel.
• To conduct workshops both online and offline according to the organisational requirements.
• Conduct the Psychotherapy and Counselling Sessions.
• To prepare reports, analyse data monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as necessary, and submit the reports to the Management on time.
• To prepare all the training materials such as PPT, handbook etc.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Supervisor.

Employment Status: Full time

Educational Requirements:

• Master of Science (MS) Clinical Psychology or Psychology or any other relevant subject.
• MPhil will be added benefit.
• Minimum 2 years is required.
• Should be willing to travel to any district in Bangladesh when required.
• Smart and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in advance English and Bangla.
• Professional and committed team member.
