Job Context: NiHealth Ltd. is seeking a Junior Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js to join our growing technology team. The role involves building and maintaining server-side applications, contributing to API development, and collaborating with the broader product team to deliver reliable digital health solutions. Salary: Negotiable Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the Organisational Policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Ensure optimisation and maintenance of web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Supervisor.

Employment Status: Full time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year; freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Node.js and JavaScript; knowledge of Express.js is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control.

Additional Requirements:

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
